The Orleans Season
We bottle conditioned this green tea kombucha after fermenting for three weeks in Red Wine Barrels. We did everything by hand using old-world methods. This kombucha is unfiltered and will contain culture.
What to expect:
The ingredients are simple (green tea, kombucha culture, and a tiny bit of currant) but the flavor is layered and complex. You’ll experience upfront notes that are lemony and tart with a toasty oak funky finish.
The name harkens back to 16th century France where the Orleans Method was patented for fermentation along the banks of the Loire River.
